This was one of the extensive ‘Britain’ series produced by the British Travel and Holidays Association around this time. It was printed by James Upton of Birmingham. Ely Cathedral, with origins in the seventh century, was largely built in the 11th but has since undergone many changes of which the Octagon Tower, described in the poster, is the most notable.
