Background
Produced between 1956 and 1967, the rear-engined Dauphine was France's answer to the Volkswagen Beetle and the Morris Minor in the economy family car market. It was described by one U.S. motoring critic as 'the prettiest little four-seater in the world'. The poster was printed by La Photolith of Paris.
