A STRIKING and unusual original vintage poster from about 1960, using a coloured checkerboard design with an array of characteristic British tourist images.

Background
The poster is published by the British Travel Association. No designer or printer is identified. The selection of images, from beer mug to beachball and from ballerina to London bobby, is interesting, as is the apparently random distribution of colours.
