An original poster for the 2001 London exhibition 'Pioneers of Contemporary Design' at the Barbican Gallery, featuring a fabric design, Calyx, created by Lucienne Day for Heal's furniture store in London in 1961. Through the 1950s and 60s Day produced dress and furniture fabrics, wallpapers and ceramics that had a profound influence on British domestic interiors. Calyx is her most famous work.
