Very good. A 2cm tear at bottom, but no loss of paper. If you would like to know more please get in touch.
The ink stamp at top right states: 'Chemins de Fer de l'État. Secrétariat Général (Publicité). Bon pour Afficher.' The village of Porta is in a valley in the Pyrenees Orientales department, close to Andorra. The ruined towers of Carol date from the 14th century.
